Unily and Estée Lauder Companies selected as world’s best intranet of 2022 by Nielsen Norman Group
Another Unily employee experience platform has been chosen to feature in the Nielsen Norman Intranet Design Annual. Estée Lauder Companies’ MyELC has been selected as one of the world’s ten best intranets of 2022, making ELC the first-ever beauty company to feature in the annual.

For the eighth year in a row, Unily’s intranet designs will be featured in the Nielsen Norman design annual, with Estée Lauder Companies Unily intranet being selected as one of the world’s best intranets of 2022. In 2021, Unily became the first vendor to win four awards in one year. This year, Estée Lauder Companies and Unily make history again as the first-ever beauty company to feature in the annual.
The Nielsen Norman Group’s (NN/g) design annual is the most notable showcase of intranet designs from leading enterprises around the world. The annual offers yearly insights into design innovation and UX standards by showcasing and evaluating the 10 best intranets of each year. The winning intranets are chosen by UX experts from an anonymized list of entries and are selected based upon design and usability measures.
