Chris brings decades of leadership experience within the technology sector to Unily and has an exceptional track record of delivering breakout results and growth for leading SaaS companies. Before Unily, his two previous roles were President of EMEA at Google Cloud and Executive Vice President & General Manager of EMEA at Salesforce. Previously, he served in various leadership roles, including two start-ups, Valen Technologies and Hydropoint Data Systems, and public companies Adobe, E.piphany, and PeopleSoft. As CEO of Unily, Chris takes immense pride in leading a company whose solutions and people are helping enterprises achieve higher levels of organizational velocity and performance by improving employee experience.
Jenny is Unily's first Chief People Officer, having joined in 2023 from Salesforce where she was VP of Employee Success UKI & North EMEA. She has significant experience working to develop and execute innovative people strategies, with a focus on equality and attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent in the market. She is passionate about maintaining and scaling Unily's strong and unique culture to support its phenomenal growth and believes that enhancing employee experience and engagement is the secret sauce for any business. Previously, she worked as an employment lawyer in City law firms.
Sam played a founding role in the birth of Unily after joining the company in 2013 from Microsoft, where he was part of the SharePoint revolution. Leveraging 18+ years of experience driving innovative technology strategies, Sam now presides over Unily’s market-leading product roadmap. Sam's vision for the future revolves around leveraging technology to enable human potential. Under his leadership, Unily is poised to deliver transformative experiences that enhance the working lives of millions of employees around the world.
Katy Hiller has over 17+ years’ experience in B2B Marketing. She specializes in building global marketing functions to drive high-growth technology organizations. Before Unily, she served as CMO at Sonatype, a cyber-security and developer productivity firm, and played a pivotal role in the company achieving ARR triple-digit growth. Prior to Sonatype, Katy has been responsible for International Marketing functions, through mergers and acquisitions, within the DevOps and FinTech industries.
Tom’s background in Internal Communication consultancy and in-house IC leadership put him in a great position to see things through the eyes of the customer. He is passionate about championing the voice of the customer, both at an Executive level within Unily, and in leading our Customer Success, Service Desk, Support, and Service Delivery functions. Prior to moving into the CCO role, Tom’s passion for all things customer led to establishing our customer community – Universe – and in forming the early incarnations of our Product Marketing and Product Management functions, both of which are grounded in relentless customer-obsession.
With over a decade of experience in leadership roles, Chris began his journey as a Chartered Accountant before honing his strategic mindset within multiple FTSE companies. Eight years ago, Chris transitioned into the world of software, where his passion for technology and finance converged. Over the years, Chris has led growth initiatives and played a pivotal role in two successful M&A transactions, collaborating with both private equity and strategic partners. Chris strives to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence in every company he’s a part of.
Based in London, Leslie leads our Revenue Operations team and is responsible for driving alignment throughout planning, executing, and delivering on our customer-centric growth strategy while scaling our operations. Leslie brings with her a wealth of GTM experience driving Revenue Operations and Strategy at several fast-growing SaaS businesses such as SAP, Workday, and Dayforce in both Europe and North America.
As SVP of Global Sales, Sean is responsible for the company’s sales strategy and commercial execution to accelerate growth. Sean brings more than 25 years of experience in new business sales, large account management, and earned a reputation for building high-performing teams across Salesforce, Oracle, and IBM.
