How to unify your workforce during turbulent times with internal communications
The financial technology company Diebold Nixdorf had a real need to connect with employees as they began their transformation journey in 2018, but were challenged with three separate intranets after a large global acquisition. In the midst of the global pandemic they created an all-new, integrated and modern employee intranet called “The Exchange” that has quickly become the foundation for informing and engaging their 22,000+ global workforce. Find out how they leverage their intranet to unify their organization, improve employee connections, and ultimately create a positive, thriving culture.
Unifying a workforce with internal comms
Research shows that a disengaged workforce has a serious impact on business profitability, and giving employees the tools and resources they need to work efficiently is essential. The pandemic created a new challenge of trying to keep teams unified during times of remote work and the struggle of maintaining a positive culture increased.
In this webinar, we are joined by a global financial technology company, Diebold Nixdorf, to discover how they used a new employee intranet to inform, engage and connect a global workforce of 22,000 employees. This new platform went live in the May of 2020 and quickly became an essential tool to keep employees connected to the business during the pandemic. Their intranet is now the foundation of DN’s internal communication and engagement strategy and continues to evolve.
As the dust settles and the world moves towards a new normal, this webinar is an opportunity to find out what the future of employee internal communications looks like and understand how important intranets are for keeping employees connected to your business.
