Sharn Kleiss – Strategy Partner: Employee Experience & Insights at Gallagher’s Communication Consulting Practice
Sharn’s expertise is focused on the interplay between internal communication and employee experience. This comes to life in Gallagher’s annual State of the Sector report, which Sharn currently leads. Sharn brings lateral thinking, strategic nous, and a pragmatic approach to communication challenges, as well as a strong awareness of the cultural zeitgeist around the world of work. Working in the employee engagement and experience industry for a decade, Sharn has worked with clients across a variety of industries, countries and sizes, with recent clients including Walmart, Ikea, BMO, and UBS.
Rachael Knowles – Head of Internal Communications at Flight Centre Travel Group
With a range of international experience, Rachael specializes in engaging workforces spread across multiple geographies. She previously headed up global internal comms for Kerzner International, a leading developer and operator of luxury resorts. This included the Dubai head office, as well as all Kerzner's brands across the world. She then returned to London and re-joined Flight Centre – where she had started her career a decade earlier – and is responsible for communicating with the entire EMEA employee base. With her expertise ranging from everyday comms to change management, Rachael brings unique insights into employee engagement for complex global organizations.
Jessica Jabbitt - Internal Communications Manager at Flight Centre Travel Group
Jessica has spent the last two years at Flight Centre, initially as part of the team charged with transforming the organization's UK intranet. Having successfully achieved this, she is now responsible for internal comms across the European part of the business. This includes the upcoming rollout of a refreshed intranet to the thousands of employees across this region.
Ben Levine – Employee Communications and Engagement Manager at Unily
Ben is the internal communications lead at Unily. Using Unily's technology, he promotes a high-performance culture by informing, aligning, and engaging Unily’s employees. With 10 years of experience in communicating key messages throughout the employee lifecycle, Ben has previously led communications teams at Salesforce and Alteryx.
Kaz Hassan – Principal, Community & Industry Insights at Unily
Having spent the last 10 years immersed in the employee experience space, Unily's own Kaz Hassan has a reputation for being ahead of the latest trends and best practices on everything from digital transformation to internal communications. Over the course of his career, he has worked in varied roles – from change management at Arriva to rolling out more than 20 intranets as a consultant at Unily. Kaz joined Unily in 2018 and is now a regular speaker at industry events, including presenting at conferences around the world.
