These goals will help us achieve the four pillars of Net Zero, People First, Community Impact and Digital Innovation.
We are committed to embedding sustainability into the fabric of our organization and we are delighted to share with you our first Impact Report. This report demonstrates our commitment to transparency and accountability of our ESG initiatives. We aim to showcase our achievements and journey so far, but also highlight areas for improvement. Through data-driven insights and open dialogue with our ecosystem, we strive to contribute to a more sustainable and equitable future.
Each year Unily undertakes a carbon footprint assessment, to monitor and measure the emissions generated across our activities. We are committed to reducing our carbon emissions in line with the Paris Agreement.
Unily has committed to the Science-Based Target Initiative. The SBTi's drive ambitious climate action by enabling organizations to set science-based emissions reduction targets. Treedom have planted over 3 million trees across the world since its foundation in 2010, working with over 10,000 companies. To kick off our collaboration with Treedom, we have planted 649 trees as an employee forest to represent each of our employees. This forest will then continue to grow as we plant a new tree of every new hire. We have committed to planting 900 trees with Treedom over the next 3 years!
We are excited to partner with Treloar's School and College, an organization empowering youth with disabilities through expert education and therapy for over 100 years. By collaborating with Treloar’s, we aim to champion students’ successes, learn to improve accessibility and inclusion, and help graduates transition to careers.
Together, we strive to build an enduring, mutually enlightening relationship that advances disability rights and harnesses the tremendous talents of this community. This partnership fully aligns with Unily’s values of empowerment and corporate social responsibility.
We pride ourselves in looking after our people. We offer excellent benefits packages alongside competitive salaries for all employees. We have joined the movement of over 12,000 employers across the UK who voluntarily commit to go further than the government minimum to make sure all staff are rewarded fairly.
