During his 20 years in the creative communication industry, Ben’s passion for using internal communication to transform organizational performance has helped a wealth of companies engage their employees with topics such as financial wellbeing, employee value proposition, and organizational strategy.

Chandler uses his passion for language and storytelling, as well as analytical problem-solving capabilities, to design communication strategies that create clarity from chaos, motivate and inspire employees, enhance corporate reputations, and improve business performance. Chandler has over 14 years’ experience in the communications sector, and currently leads Gagen MacDonald’s marketing and thought leadership functions, working with its consultants to define and express its point of view on subjects critical to its clients, including business transformation, organizational culture, and the future of work.
