She has extensive expertise in creating innovative digital products and services in various industries. Throughout her 10-year career, she delivered impact across multiple companies focusing on digital and organizational transformation, change communications, digital strategy, and innovations. She is passionate about agile leadership, empowerment, and high-performing teams. Before joining ZEISS, Lena built up her strong skill set as a managing consultant specializing in digital transformation at a boutique consultancy in Munich. Now based in Germany, she previously completed studies in the US and UK.
